How often will my boiler get serviced?

We will service your boiler every 12 months.

Does Homecare include breakdown assistance?

Yes! We’ll provide a direct number to a qualified technical engineer who can advise you on all aspects of plumbing and heating, including: boiler pressure, heating controller and bleeding your radiator.

What if my boiler is old, can I still join Homecare?

Yes, you can. If your boiler is over 7 years old there will be an additional £2 per month added to your package.

I have an unvented cylinder; can I still join Homecare?

Yes, you can. There will be an optional £8 added to the price if your system is fitted with an unvented cylinder. This extra cost covers the annual servicing and maintenance of your unvented cylinder.

How long is the agreement?

The agreement lasts 12 months, after which you’re free to renew or cancel if you please.

What happens after I sign up?

After we process your payment we’ll pop over a welcome email with the full terms and conditions. A member of our team will then be in touch to arrange for a technical engineer to come and service your boiler and provide you with a welcome pack with more information.
