A boiler service involves a number of key checks. One of our gas safe registered engineers will visit your home to carry out the following:
Visual inspection -Our engineers will check for any corrosion, leaks and the boiler flame to make sure it meets the latest boiler standards.
Internal inspection – At this stage, our engineers will remove the casing and make sure all the internal components are operating effectively, such as the spark probe, burner and heat exchanger.
Flue check – Our engineers will then make sure there are no obstructions to the flue terminal and it’s safely fitted.
Boiler controls – We’ll make sure there are no faults with the boiler control system
Pressure check – Before testing the boiler, we’ll check the boiler is operating at the correct pressure levels
Working condition – Finally, we’ll make sure the boiler is operating correctly and there are no lingering faults.
