How often will my boiler get serviced?

We will service your boiler every 12 months.

Do your plans include breakdown assistance?

Yes it does. We’ll provide a direct number to a qualified technical engineer who can advise you on all aspects of plumbing and heating, including: boiler pressure, heating controller and bleeding your radiator.

How long is the agreement?

The agreement lasts 12 months, after which you’re free to renew or cancel if you please.

What happens after I sign up?

After we process your payment we’ll pop over a welcome email with the full terms and conditions. A member of our team will then be in touch to arrange for a technical engineer to come and service your boiler and provide you with a welcome pack with more information.
